We are seeking a Service Technician/Advisor passionate about bikes and customer service. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and repair various bikes, install accessories, and get hands-on with new models before they reach customers. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional hospitality are key, as you'll be the primary contact when supporting the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a eagerness to learn bike servicing and new technologies. No prior shop experience is required—great hospitality skills and a positive attitude are prioritized.
