We’re seeking a Service Technician/Advisor passionate about bikes and great customer service.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and repair various bikes, install accessories, and handle new model previews. You'll build relationships with customers, ensuring their bikes run flawlessly, often supporting the Service Manager and representing the department when needed.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a eagerness to learn bike servicing and new technologies.
