Restaurant Team Members play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities may include cleaning and stocking, food preparation, and customer service, depending on level and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across dining, service, and kitchen
- Support restaurant including cleaning, stocking, food preparation, and service tasks
- Assist with food preparation in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Perform tasks with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing needs and assist in different areas of the restaurant as needed
- Uphold Stoltzfus Meats standards for quality and hospitality
Qualifications
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn kitchen procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments
- Ability to perform repetitive preparation tasks
Hours
- Part-time
- Ability to be flexible with days and hours
- Amos Place Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday = 6am - 6pm
- Saturday = 7am - 6 pm
