WMH Solutions is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to support our customers, technicians, and service department operations.

In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, field technicians, parts personnel, and branch operations by coordinating service activity, managing work orders, supporting dispatch functions, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, automotive service, heavy equipment, fleet operations, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or material handling.

What You'll Do



Coordinate service calls and technician schedules

Assist with technician dispatching and workload management

Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and service activity

Ensure service work is completed efficiently and accurately

Communicate scheduling updates to customers and technicians


Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries

Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up

Provide updates regarding repairs, maintenance, and service status

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams


Open, manage, and close service work orders

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure labor, parts, and billing information is entered correctly

Support warranty administration and service processing

Ensure accurate service-writing procedures and documentation while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives


Support rental and fleet administration activities

Assist with shipping, receiving, and service documentation

Generate service-related reports and operational metrics

Maintain accurate customer and equipment records


Work closely with technicians, service managers, parts personnel, and vendors

Help improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction

Support branch operations and departmental initiatives

Qualifications


High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, administration, operations support, or related fields

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems


Forklift industry experience

Material handling experience

Heavy equipment experience

Construction equipment experience

Automotive service experience

Fleet management experience

Service management software experience
