What You'll Do:

As a Service Supervisor, you'll be a key part of Braman's operations and a role model for your team. You will:

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement
• Drive performance through training, feedback, and performance management
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture

Own Daily Operations

• Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
• Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges
• Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments, to support your team and maintain service quality

Ensure Quality & Compliance

• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Support client audits and reporting efforts

Be a Problem Solver

• Adjust routes and resources based on business needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed

What We're Looking For

• Pest control experience is required
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
• Safe driver with a valid driver's license and strong driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Licenses:

• Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)

Screening Requirements:

• Background check
• Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law)
