Southern CA Supervisor

The Peggs Company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

As the Service Supervisor, you will serve as the primary link between our office and field teams, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, customer needs are met, and service operations remain organized and productive. While this position works closely with field personnel, the majority of the role is office-based and focused on operational coordination, customer support, scheduling, and team oversight.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of service, operations, logistics, maintenance, or related experience
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

As the Service Supervisor, you will serve as the primary link between our office and field teams, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, customer needs are met, and service operations remain organized and productive. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily technician schedules, routes, and work assignments
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion of customer work
  • Review service documentation, timecards, and job reports for accuracy
  • Support and guide Service Technicians and Helpers in their daily responsibilities
  • Conduct regular check-ins with field staff and assist with training and development
  • Help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries and issue resolution
  • Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and overtime
  • Assist with inventory, equipment, and vehicle coordination
  • Support the Service Manager with reporting, planning, and operational improvements
  • Perform occasional field visits to observe work and support technicians
