Introduction
The Service Scheduling Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities involved with managing the growing demands of TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. They will be responsible for ensuring that each department supports the company's highest priorities and supports the immediate needs of our fleet vehicles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level position (0-3 years of experience)
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling, preferably in mobility or manufacturing
- Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks a bonus
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience forecasting and planning
- Skilled in managing projects and cross-functional teams with a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day schedules of our growing fleet services
- Plan and execute effective processes associated with supporting numerous resources
- Coordinate future planning and operations for the company's demands
- Articulate data into visuals for department-wide review
