In this role, youll be the friendly first voice our customers hear and the detail-oriented team member who keeps our schedule running efficiently. Youll assist customers with booking vehicle service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately
  • Provide clear information about services, timelines, and next steps
  • Work closely with the service team to manage availability and maintain an organized calendar
  • Respond to customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer communications

Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office setting
