Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

About the Role

After paid training, youll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You'll Get

• $23/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000-$65,000
• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 10 weeks

• Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000-$75,000.
