Purpose / General Description: Manage the preventative maintenance, service contracts and service agreement for Boon Edam Service Center Customers. Assist the Service Sales Manager with the Management of the backlog and communicate with the management teams of the Boon Edam customers. In addition to supporting service work, the Service Sales Administrator will promote for the Boon Edam Service Centers the selling of preventative maintenance, service contracts and service agreements when applicable. Provide quotes for the renewal of the contracts, obtain the necessary purchase orders and documentations to assist the finance team to invoice. Process the orders in the finance program to create sales orders for invoicing. Support the National Service Sales Manager, the Service Sales Manager, the Enterprise teams and the Nationals Sales teams to create service sales opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Boon Edam Service Center's preventative maintenance, service contracts and service agreements.
• Work closely with the scheduling coordinators to manage and ensure the accuracy of the backlog which coincides with the completion of Preventive Maintenance inspections and projects.
• Ensure all contractual PM's with the Boon Edam Service Centers are renewed an annual basis
• Promote and sell Boon Edam service and preventative maintenance contracts when applicable
• Provide quotations for preventative maintenance and service contracts when needed
• Work closely with technical services and installation department to ensure warranty information is classified correctly
• Uphold, support, and demonstrate customer service expectations of Boon Edam Experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
• CRM and/or ERP experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management skills
• Thrives in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere
