Billing, Claims Processing, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Identify Issues, Inventory Management, Maintenance Services, Needs Assessment, Rentals, Resolve Customer Issues, Welding
- Coordinate repairs for all customer and branch welders and equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment to determine repair needs
- Perform minor repairs on welders and related equipment
- Arrange delivery and pickup of equipment from repair facilities
Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in customers
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain welder repair inventory
- Manage billing and final adjustments for repaired equipment
- Process service warranty claims
- Research cylinder transactions for audits and recommend follow-up actions
- Process cylinder and rental adjustments as directed
- Bill customers for loss of use
- Issue credits and rebills for designated regions (DM North and DM Central)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
