About the Role

As a Service Porter, you are often the first point of contact for our service customers. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, welcoming, and efficient service experience from the moment guests arrive. You'll help keep vehicles moving through the service drive, assist customers, and support our service advisors and technicians-all while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet service guests promptly and courteously upon arrival

• Review and monitor the service appointment schedule to anticipate guest arrivals

• Tag vehicles and ensure they are directed efficiently through the service process

• Guide customers to the appropriate service advisor for write-up

• Perform courtesy checks such as alignments, battery tests, and wiper blade inspections

• Move customer vehicles to designated parking areas or technician service bays

• Support service drive traffic flow and coordinate with service drive staff

• Ensure the service drive area remains clean, safe, and professional at all times

• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the service department
