We are looking for a Experienced Service Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our team. This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Service Staff Recruiting, Training and Development.
• Staff Department to optimize customer opportunities and productivity.
• Train service advisors daily using role-play, evaluation, checklists, and quizzes to ensure they are well versed in the service process.
• Ensure technical staff are properly trained and have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.
• Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying and development needs, coaching and mentoring.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
• Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality.
• Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty, receivables and service contracts.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of all service areas following state and federal OSHA laws to ensure a professional, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Hold daily and monthly staff meetings as required covering key information.
• Serve as liaison between the store and Lithia Home Office Fixed Operations. Receive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates.
• Complete service department reporting and month-end procedures.
• Other administrative duties as required.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager
• Import Experience preferred
• CDK Experience preferred
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position eligible for short term and/on long term incentives as part of total compensation which includes commissions off Department net, Bonuses based on: Manufacture Approvability and Department Production (Flat Rate Hours Sold).

The annual estimated range is $180,000 to $204,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
