Our team is intentionally small, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering a world-class guest experience. We are seeking motivated, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals who are eager to work, progress, learn in a highly focused service environment.

The Service Manager works closely alongside our General Manager to assist with staff training and reservation monitoring. Responsibilities include a combination of dining room service and administrative operations.

Starting salary is $95k. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: health insurance, vision, and dental; commuter benefits; a dining discount at all our restaurants; paid time off; a 401(k) plan.


Qualifications
  • Experience at a restaurant of a similar level
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
  • Genuine desire to manage people and encourage growth
  • Warm sincerity and alignment of service philosophies in caring for guests
  • Introductory wine knowledge through an organization (eg. WSET OR CMS)
