Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• CDK experience is a plus but not required!
