Billion Auto is seeking a highly self-motivated, goal-orientated team player to join our team as a Service Manager!
The service manager runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
-Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for service department
-Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service staff
-Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
-Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
-Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and prompt manner
-Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of 2 years' related manager experience
-Proven track record of successful leadership experience
-Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
-Prior experience in automotive dealership
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Possess valid driver's license/acceptable driving record
