Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and steps of service
Enforce policies, maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Lead training and develop Front of House team members
Manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
Control liquor orders, manage costs, and ensure responsible service
Assist with hiring, scheduling, and assigning tasks
Create a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives
