The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
Qualifications include 6-8 years industry experience with management background or a degree with relevant experience, along with proficiency in sales, safety, and communication.
Physical demands involve lifting, climbing, extensive walking/driving, and working in diverse environments. The position demands flexibility, travel up to 50%, and extended hours as needed.
