What We Offer

$85,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience)
15% target annual bonus tied to performance
Quarterly customer satisfaction bonuses
Earn up to $1,500 per quarter for delivering outstanding resident experiences

What You'll Do
As Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of both team leadership and day-to-day operations, including:
Lead & develop a small, high-performing maintenance team
Deliver exceptional service to residents-creating a community they love to call home
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including:
Preventative maintenance programs
Apartment turns (make-readies)
Service requests and work order completion
Vendor relationships and oversight
Partner with leadership to identify and execute capital improvements and maintenance strategies
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
Manage budgets thoughtfully to deliver top-quality results while maximizing efficiency
