What We Offer

  • $85,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience)

What You'll Do

As Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of both team leadership and day-to-day operations, including:
  • Lead & develop a small, high-performing maintenance team
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents-creating a community they love to call home
  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including:
    • Preventative maintenance programs
    • Apartment turns (make-readies)
    • Service requests and work order completion
    • Vendor relationships and oversight
  • Partner with leadership to identify and execute capital improvements and maintenance strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage budgets thoughtfully to deliver top-quality results while maximizing efficiency
Qualifications

What You Have
  • At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
  • 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
  • A reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
