Seeking an experienced Service Manager in Oceanside, CA to lead a team of Service Coordinators and Technicians in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee scheduling, customer coordination, work order booking, and materials management.
- Ensure timely responses to service requests and support during high call volumes.
- Manage maintenance contract bookings, renewals, and liaise with sales teams.
- Develop and improve processes for team efficiency, compliance, and operational workflows.
- Supervise timesheet approval, invoice resolution, and material/labor transfers.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to staff.
Requirements include at least 5 years of supervisory experience, leadership, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include advanced Excel skills and knowledge of building mechanical systems. The role offers a salary range of $70,000–$130,000, with relocation assistance.
