Job Info: Lead the commercial service division, overseeing a team of around 15 across the South East and owning the day-to-day delivery of service, maintenance, and small project work. Manage and grow existing accounts, handle some estimating on service and repair work, and drive the team to hit performance and quality standards. A genuine growth seat with the autonomy to shape the division and the room to progress as the business scales.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in commercial roofing service, ideally as a Service Manager, Senior Service Supervisor, or Service Operations Lead
• Strong commercial low-slope roofing knowledge across systems and repair work
• Track record of managing service teams and developing technicians
• Comfortable with account management, estimating service work, and client-facing delivery
