SERVICE MANAGER | COMMERCIAL HVAC

Miami-Dade / Broward | $130K-$140K + bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a high-impact Service Manager to lead a large commercial HVAC team across South Florida.

This is a true field-first leadership role. We're looking for someone who didn't just manage technicians-you've been one. You understand the trade, you have credibility in the field, and you know how to get buy-in from a team that respects experience, not titles.

You'll step into a team of 30+ technicians that needs strong leadership, structure, and mentorship. If you're someone who builds accountability, develops people, and knows how to run service operations without losing the respect of the field-this is your lane.

What you'll own

• Full leadership of a 30+ technician service team across field and office
• Day-to-day service operations: scheduling, utilization, and execution
• Field presence - coaching, troubleshooting, and supporting technicians on-site
• Team performance, culture, and accountability
• Service quality and customer relationships

What actually matters here

• You came up through HVAC - hands-on field experience is non-negotiable
• You've led service teams and know how to earn respect, not force it
• You're comfortable being in the field, not just behind a desk
• You can mentor, coach, and level up technicians
• You've built or improved team performance before
• Union experience is a plus
