Service Manager

Are you a driven leader with a strong background in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry? We're looking for a Service & Installation Manager to lead daily operations across our service and install departments while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Service Technicians and Installation crews to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding installation estimates and project details
  • Drive accountability in sales performance, operational efficiency, and technical workmanship through ride-alongs, site inspections, and coaching
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify trends and improve department performance
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of technicians and installers
  • Participate in leadership development and advanced training initiatives
  • Ensure all teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry is REQUIRED
  • Proven leadership experience managing service and/or installation teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license preferred
