Trueline is a respected industrial equipment and service organization, is seeking a Service Manager to lead its West Sacramento service operation.

What You'll Do as the Service Manager:
- Lead daily service operations and departmental performance
- Develop and mentor technicians and service personnel
- Manage productivity, workflow, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational metrics
- Partner with internal departments to support customer success
- Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Must-Haves as the Service Manager:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in industrial equipment, heavy equipment, fleet, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or related service operations
- Experience leading technicians in a customer-facing service environment
- Strong operational, financial, and customer service skills
- Ability to build teams and drive performance
- Valid driver's license
