We are looking for a motivated, experienced individual to lead our team and keep our shop running at a high level. We specialize in off-road upgrades, suspension, accessories, and general automotive service, and we need someone who knows the industry and can take charge with confidence. A requirement is mechanical knowledge, and hopefully off-road and customization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in the automotive or off-road industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Experience with service writing, scheduling, and shop workflow is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations.
- Lead and support technicians and staff.
- Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and efficiency.
- Help grow the business through strong leadership and service.
