The Service Manager oversees all aspects of the Service Department, ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals are met

Supervises staff including technicians, service advisors, and administrative personnel
Manages customer repairs, estimates, and preventative maintenance recommendations
Maintains safety, tools, equipment, and shop cleanliness
Processes warranty claims and reviews repair quality and labor pricing
Develops marketing plans and budgets, monitors performance, and implements strategies to achieve objectives
Builds customer relationships through proactive engagement and fleet account management
Ensures compliance with safety and company policies, and completes required training

Requirements include 4+ years as a Service Manager, dealership or heavy-duty truck experience, computer proficiency, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position reports to the Service Director and is open until filled.
