The Service Manager oversees all aspects of the Service Department, ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals are met

  • Supervises staff including technicians, service advisors, and administrative personnel
  • Manages customer repairs, estimates, and preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Maintains safety, tools, equipment, and shop cleanliness
  • Processes warranty claims and reviews repair quality and labor pricing
  • Develops marketing plans and budgets, monitors performance, and implements strategies to achieve objectives
  • Builds customer relationships through proactive engagement and fleet account management
  • Ensures compliance with safety and company policies, and completes required training

Requirements include 4+ years as a Service Manager, dealership or heavy-duty truck experience, computer proficiency, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position reports to the Service Director and is open until filled.
