Service Manager

We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Manager at our restaurant. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Your duties will include managing and training the service staff, implementing service standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
