We are seeking a high-impact Service Manager to lead and grow one of our service departments. This role is responsible for building high-performing technicians, delivering 5-star customer experiences, and driving profitable, efficient, and ethical operations.

If you are a natural leader, operationally strong, and motivated by building teams that win, this role is for you, and no field experience is required!

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Develop Technicians • Recruit, hire, and onboard field technicians and apprentices. • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. • Build technical skills, customer experience excellence, and confidence at every stage of technician development. • Lead ongoing training and customer service best practices. • Drive Operational Excellence • Oversee daily service operations and technician performance. • Manage labor efficiency and department schedule. • Serve as the escalation point for field and customer concerns. • Align department performance with revenue and profitability goals. • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards. • Build Culture & Accountability • Model the companys core values daily. • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable. • Promote collaboration, positivity, and continuous improvement. • Ensure safety compliance and ethical practices at all times.
