We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House operations, manage staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Service delivery.
Responsibilities include
- Driving sales, guest satisfaction, and steps of service
- Enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Training and managing performance of Front of House team
- Managing liquor orders, costs, and compliance with alcohol laws
- Hiring, scheduling, and providing feedback to staff
- Creating a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives
- Practicing safe food handling procedures
