Were looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our 302-unit community in Centerville, OH. Working closely with the Community Manager and Regional Service Manager, youll lead a skilled maintenance team, drive operational excellence, and help create a community residents are proud to call home.

• $30.00-$35.00 per hour
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus
• Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule required

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team while fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, maintenance budgets, and purchasing.
• Ensure every repair is completed with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Partner with community leadership to maintain a beautiful, well-run property that exceeds resident expectations.

What Were Looking For

• Experience leading maintenance operations in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.
• EPA/HVAC Certification strongly preferred; CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
