Job Full Description

is looking for a Service Manager. Pay is $60-80k based on experience. Position is located in Conway, AR. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, and every other Saturday 8am - 2pm.

Job Summary:
The Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the service department, ensuring quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow for all lawn and outdoor power equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage service technicians and daily shop operations.
  • Schedule repairs and prioritize workloads.
  • Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
  • Monitor technician productivity and repair quality.
  • Maintain service records and warranty documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in diagnosing complex equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn and outdoor power equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience with service management software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
