Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager - Controls to oversee and manage our controls service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and a strong background in HVAC systems. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the controls service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers on controls-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in controls and building automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management or a similar role within the building automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC systems, particularly with Delta Controls.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
