We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service and food quality.
Responsibilities include driving sales, guest satisfaction, enforcing policies, training, performance management, managing liquor costs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Additional duties involve hiring, scheduling, creating a positive work environment, and practicing safe food handling.
