Responsibilities - Service Manager:

Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
Maintains customer service records in computer system
Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
Oversees employee training and development
Ensures a safe working environment
Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired

Requirements - Service Manager:

Service Manager experience is required
Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling etc. is required
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have supervisory experience & leadership skills
Basic understanding of business management
Valid Driver's License with good driving record

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
