We're seeking a Service Manager in Durham, NC to oversee commercial HVAC service operations and lead a team of technicians delivering maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of commercial HVAC service department including scheduling and dispatch
Oversee service technicians and coordinate work assignments to meet customer needs and SLA requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial clients and property management firms
Review and approve service proposals, quotes, and change orders
Monitor service contract performance and ensure profitability targets are met
Implement preventive maintenance programs and quality control procedures
Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians to build technical capabilities
Analyze service metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Must-Haves
8+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service operations
3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading service teams
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and building controls
Proven track record of managing P&L for service operations
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business management
Experience with service management software and CRM systems
Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management
