  • Create engaging guest experiences, promotions, and events
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for FOH staff
  • Maintain food safety standards and operational consistency
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and leadership development
Service Manager Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager, FOH Manager, or Restaurant Manager
  • Background in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • Knowledge of liquor laws, food safety, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: Up to $60,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus Potential: Monthly profit sharing + annual incentives
