Salary: $95,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee daily field operations, service technicians, customer relations, and project scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily operations of HVAC/mechanical service technicians and field staff
• Schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely project completion
• Monitor workflow, labor hours, and productivity to maintain operational efficiency
• Provide leadership, training, and performance support to service team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors
• Review work orders, estimates, invoices, and service reports for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot service-related issues and support technicians with problem resolution
• Maintain inventory, equipment tracking, and material coordination for service operations
• Collaborate with management to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and department performance

Qualifications
• Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or service management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing technicians, schedules, and customer service operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and field service procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and reporting systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
