Overview:
Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems, Inc. company, designs, manufactures and markets security and inspection systems worldwide. Our products are used to inspect baggage, cargo, people, vehicles and other objects for weapons, explosives, drugs and other contraband. Rapiscan Systems security and inspection devices can be found in a wide range of locations such as airports, border crossings, railway stations, sea ports and terminals, government and military installations, and nuclear facilities.
Rapiscan is currently seeking an experienced supply chain project manager to plan and execute projects covering all areas of the Americas service supply chain particularly; warehousing, transportation, inventory planning, purchasing and order management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects to improve the spare parts supply chain processes and systems.
- Analyze spare parts supply chain data and performance and drive process improvement, implement cost savings, and optimize the use of available resources.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the spare parts supply teams as needed.
- Participate in the deployment of new tools and technology.
- Support the lifecycle management team in the development of a spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes (Including master data clean up ERP).

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Foreign Trade, Finance or Supply Chain)
- 5 to 7 years’ experience leading supply chain improvement projects
- Strong analyzing, planning and project management skills.
- High independence and motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft office software especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources.
- Solid ERP software experience.

Pay may range $100,000 to $115,000 annually

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
