Location:Dodson Medical Office BuildingDepartment:OrthopedicsShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Service Line Coordinator will coordinate scheduling of patients, physicians, staff, equipment and site/space for assigned specified patient population. Coordinate all necessary paperwork and orders in a timely fashion for in-patient admission, ancillary testing and clinic patients. Participate actively in all phases of the patients care.Education & Experience:Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.Three years of clinical experience preferred.Experience working with children/youth with complex medical conditions preferred.Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.Effective interpersonal communication.Adept at working in a dynamic team environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated initiative.Ability to plan and organize effectively.Experience with data base management.Understanding of scoliosis preferred.
