With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progressYour new role - challenging and future-orientedExecute and supervise mechanical installation activities for steam turbines, auxiliaries, and related balance-of-plant interfaces in line with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.Perform installation verification activities including alignment checks, leveling, coupling inspections, fit-up checks, steam blowing , lube oil flushing , piping , NDT and readiness assessments before commissioning.Review and interpret engineering documents such as general arrangement drawings, P&IDs, method statements, inspection test plans, and commissioning procedures.Coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, erection, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth interface management and site progress.Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system walkdowns, punch point identification, troubleshooting, test support, and startup readiness checks.Monitor contractor and vendor activities at site to ensure quality compliance, procedural adherence, and timely closure of installation issues.Maintain site documentation, inspection records, progress updates, and technical reports for internal and customer review. Customer Interface / support Claim ManagementEnsure strict compliance with EHS requirements and safe work practices during all site activities.Assigns work to Project site personnel to attain objectives using knowledge of processes, company policies, site execution schedules, work orders, equipment capacity, and employee capabilitiesReadily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and site activities flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost-effective, quality-oriented operations.Responsible for resource Planning at Sites , materials management.Project Site closure and handover to warranty phase/ Customer as per contract.Responsible for effective site legal compliance, statuary aspects, and site EHS.We don't need superheroes, just super mindsDiploma /bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 05 to 08 years' experience in Installation & commissioning of Power plants projects sites. Experience in Steam Turbine & Auxiliaries installation and commissioning is preferable.Hands on experience on Auto-cad, MS Projects.Read and interpret drawings.Proficient in structural, IBR / NIBR piping fabrication / NDT.Ability to understand and apply project site safety procedures.Ability to learn and understand software and complete transactions pertaining to project sites operations, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.Demonstrates ability to supervise diverse work groups in a team environment using effective listening, coaching, training, investigative and problem-solving skills, ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.We've got quite a lot to offer.
