Service Engineer II - HybridService Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. This role is going to be focusing on device management.Providence offers hybrid work for candidates residing within a daily commuting radius - up to 65 miles - from any of our primary office locations listed below:Redmond, WARenton, WASeattle, WAPortland, ORIrvine, CARequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience inclusive of a HS Diploma/GED and an additional 4 years of related experience.2 years of related experience; 2-5 years preferred.Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.Experience with n-tier solutions.Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).Preferred QualificationsExperience in a Healthcare environment.4 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management.Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad).Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features. Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management.
