You'll ensure our onboard communication, passenger information, and connectivity systems are properly installed, configured, tested, and fully functional.Key Responsibilities Installing and configuring our software on trainsProviding hands‑on training for clients and techniciansPerforming thorough testing and inspections to meet quality standardsPerforming hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issuesDocumenting your work clearly using tools like JIRA and ConfluenceWhen not traveling, you'll work from our U.S. headquarters in Sacramento, California, providing critical technical support.Remote Support Responsibilities Serving as the primary technical contact for clientsTroubleshooting technical issues and solving problems remotelyCollaborating with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project deliveryYour Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT , or a related technical fieldProficient in system testing and troubleshooting ; foundational knowledge of Linux, hardware, software, and networking (TCP/IP, FTP, SSH)Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and under pressureClear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Arabic) are a plusWilling to travel approximately 50% throughout North America, with occasional international travel#J-18808-Ljbffr
