Service Drive Trade-In Consultant

The Role
Every day, customers visit our service drive without realizing their vehicle has real trade-in value - or that a newer model might cost them less than they think. You'll be the person who changes that.
As a Service Drive Trade-In Consultant, you'll build genuine relationships with service customers, help them understand their options, and connect them with our sales team when the time is right.
This isn't a hard-sell position. It's a relationship-first role for someone who's naturally curious, great at conversation, and motivated to help people make smart decisions.
What You'll Do
- Meet and engage with customers while their vehicles are being serviced
- Offer complimentary vehicle appraisals and honest equity reviews
- Explain trade-in values, current incentives, and upgrade options in plain terms
- Set appointments and introduce interested customers to the sales team
- Follow up with customers on programs, timing, and next steps
- Contribute to long-term customer retention - not just one-time transactions
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly
- Customer service, hospitality, or sales background preferred - but not required
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their results
- Comfortable learning CRM and dealership software
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite
What You'll Earn & Receive
- $50,000 Base salary + performance bonuses (tied to appraisals, appointments, and sales) Potential for $75,000
