  • Engage service-lane customers and build genuine relationships
  • Identify trade-in and purchase opportunities based on their needs
  • Guide customers through a seamless, low-pressure path to their next vehicle
  • Conduct test drives safely and professionally
  • Negotiate and close deals ethically and transparently
  • Assist with vehicle delivery, explaining features, warranty, and service needs
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge

Requirements:

 

  • Automotive sales or advanced sales BDC experience preferred (new or pre-owned)
  • Desking/appraisal experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Proven customer service and closing ability
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Valid, clean NYS driver’s license
  • Basic computer and internet skills
