What You'll Do

As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in coordinating technicians, supporting customers, and helping our operations run efficiently every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and routing service technicians efficiently throughout the day

  • Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as needed

  • Communicating appointment updates, delays, and timelines to customers

  • Coordinating with customer service and field teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Gathering important job details so technicians arrive fully prepared

  • Following up with customers to confirm appointments and provide support

  • Assisting with incoming calls during high-volume periods

  • Scheduling and managing prepaid maintenance appointments

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1+ years of dispatch or scheduling experience

  • Experience in home services or a fast-paced office environment preferred

  • ServiceTitan experience is a major plus

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience
