4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Service Desk Analysts for one of Central Florida's largest and most respected healthcare organizations. These are 6-month contract opportunities with the potential for extension or permanent hire. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals looking to gain experience in an enterprise healthcare environment while building their technical support skills.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
  • Provide phone-based support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, researching solutions, and documenting resolutions
  • Support users with issues related to the organization's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service-level expectations
Service Desk Analyst Qualifications: 
  • At least 1 year of technical support, help desk, or service desk experience
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Remedy, or similar platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Service Desk Analyst Details:
  • Location: Orlando, FL
  • Schedule: Hybrid (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
  • Training: Fully onsite in Orlando, FL (1-4 weeks)
  • Availability: Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
  • Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour
  • Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and budget)
