Service Delivery Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, triaging issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve them. You will be responsible for tracking major incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system and monitoring service alerts from cloud-based off-board server systems. You will also be responsible for CAB facilitation and representation from the US market standpoint. You will report KPIs for management review and decision making.
Responsibilities:
Manage incidents, triage issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them
Track major incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system
Monitor service alerts from cloud-based off-board server systems
Facilitate CAB meetings and represent the US market standpoint
Report KPIs for management review and decision making
Requirements: Fluent Business English Excellent communication skills
5 years of experience in IT application systems and/or management information systems, MIS, support ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same level of knowledge
Experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system.
Independent investigation, analytical depth, and proactive follow‑through on assigned items.
The skill set we are looking for includes:
Special Skill: Telematics, Azure, Ability to perform CLI on Linux environment Understanding of database and SQL queries Good with data, Excel, and improving processes.
