Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Governance & Strategy:
• Define, own, and evolve the enterprise TCOE governance strategy, covering QA, SQA, automation, performance, test data, and metrics
• Align governance outcomes with business objectives such as operational stability, regulatory compliance, and release predictability
• Own governance frameworks, including charters, operating models, RACIs, OLAs, and decision rights
• Ensure consistent adoption of governance standards across portfolios, delivery models, and vendors
Executive Oversight & Decision Authority
• Act as the final escalation authority for QA and testing governance risks and conflicts
• Participate in Annual Planning and PI Planning to ensure governance readiness and risk coverage
• Drive cross portfolio issue resolution where ownership or scope overlaps exist
• Lead governance councils, audits, and executive review forums
Vendor & Portfolio Governance
• Oversee vendor QA performance and contractual adherence from a governance standpoint
• Review portfolio level compliance trends, risks, and corrective actions
• Ensure transparency and accountability through executive level reporting and value narratives
