Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage healthcare RCM operations with focus on:
Payer collections
Patient collections
Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up
Denials management
Payment posting support
Aging reduction initiatives
Drive operational KPIs including:
Collection effectiveness
AR days reduction
Cash acceleration
Denial resolution turnaround
Productivity and quality metrics
People Management :
Client Management & Relationship Management :
Collections & Healthcare Expertise :
Demonstrate strong understanding of:
Commercial and government payers
Medicare / Medicaid
Insurance claims lifecycle
Appeals and denials
Patient billing and collections
Revenue recovery strategies
Analyze collection trends and recommend corrective actions to maximize reimbursements.
Support transition and stabilization of new healthcare accounts/processes.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
66,500 to 83,500 USD
"Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Wilkes-Barre area candidates are eligible for this role only."
